Basic Guidelines
Any deviation submitted must include Sans.
We also have a Gallery Submission Update! for multi-category submissions so that you know where to submit should you have something that goes into two folders instead of just one.
If you have a commission journal, it must have at least 5 pictures of the punny skeleton in it to be accepted.
If you submit to the wrong folder, it will be declined. If you submit something that is Sans-less, it will be declined. If you want to know why it was declined, you need to comment on the submission in your notifications or you will not get a response. As we vote, we will not leave a comment about why it was declined unless we want you. We might or might not leave a message. You need to step forward if you want answers every time.
IMPORTANT: Each gallery folder has a submission limit. For the galleries that have [1/24], it means 1 submission per day or 1 submission per 24 hours (1 day)! There are also submissions that are 1/7, which means one per week or 7 days. If something says 1V, it means 1 vote. If there is an FV, only the founder, RTNightmare can vote.
ALL OF THE FOLDERS ARE NOW HIGHLIGHTED LIGHT BLUE BECAUSE THEY ARE LINKED TO THE FOLDERS THEY CORRELATE TO. BY CLICKING THE HIGHLIGHTED WORDS, YOUR WILL BE TELEPORTED TO THE FOLDER IN THE GALLERY/FAVOURITES.

The One and Only: This is pretty self-explanatory. It is a folder for Sans, and only Sans. No Papyrus, no Frisk, no Toriel, no anybody but him.

The Font Family: This is specifically for Sans and Papyrus, with the exception of Gaster and any other extended family (OCs) if applicable.

Duo or Pairings: This is for the Sans ships as well as Sans with one other person as a friend or enermy. This folder also includes if it's just a friendship or just a pic with Sans and another character. Duo, as in two, is not yet a group. As the saying goes, three is a crowd…or group. NOT ACCEPTED: Sans and Papyrus - see The Skelebros above!

Battle Scenes: This is specifically for the "Bad Time" scenes or other battle scenes between Sans and another that a lot of artists have depicted. I just thought, since there are so many, why not dedicate a folder to it.

Literature and Journals: This is for journals about events relating to our favorite fluffy skeleton as well as fan fiction in which he is present a good amount of time. For this, when you submit, explain what his place is so I can evaluate. If I read your work, it might take time from the rest of the group. If it is a fan fiction, put it here and explain the content when you submit.

NSFW [Not Safe For Work/Mature Content]: This is for mature content, meaning we get Sans makeshift genitalia.
NOT ACCEPTED: Rape, incest, overly vulgar content. There is a limit to how far you can take, so explain what goes on in the story or picture, and I will make a decision from there. Also, PLEASE have the Mature Content sign on it.

Crossovers: If you cross Undertale [with Sans] with another fandom, the folder for it is here. Example: Sans with Jack Skellington from Nightmare Before Christmas or Undertale-Five Nights at Freddy's. Either way, it goes here. General: Prejudice of any sort, over-the-top violence and gore (Undertale is dark in some aspects, so this is just for major or inappropriate cases), and any material that is offensive in any way. Gallery: In addition to what was stated in the 'General' section, displays of the following activities are banned for psychological reasons: smoking of any sort, all drug usage, highly abusive drinking [silly scenes with drunkeness for comedic value are fine if said material does not become overwhelming; this is something we need to watch out for], and abusive sexual activity such as rape or demeaning sexual scenes, whether it is towards females or not.Communication: When chatting with members, always try to avoid any hurtful language. If you're discussing something about a submission, keep it extra clean for professional business. If someone makes a comment that's really excited, saying something like 'Hell yeah, I know!' is fine, if it's right for the context of the discussion.
