Hello ^Astralseed, welcome to this special
interview. By the end, I hope we get a better view of you. Start by telling us
a bit about yourself. Only answer what your comfortable answering. Let’s start
with these: name, age - if you want, gallery/forum/chat you moderate, current
occupation, and any pets you might have.
Hi, my name is Katy and I'm an old fart, I am 30. I look after the Traditional Art Gallery and also moderate the Chats and Forums. My current occupation is being a full time mom of two wonderful children and I also have 3 pets; a dog a cat and a snake.
At what age did you start doing art?
I started drawing as far back as I can remember. I guess as soon as I could hold a crayon or marker. I always enjoyed creating so much! Arts and crafts were also high on my list of joyous things!
Question ThreeWho is your role model? Or who do you look up to?
I never liked the idea of having role models or looking up to people. I preferred to do my own thing and make my own paths. While I may have admired things others did I wanted my
achievements to be all my own and silly as it may sound, having role models, to
me, always felt like it took away from that.
What’s your favorite drink or soda?
I don't really have a favorite. I drink water all day every day.
When things settle down in my life I'd like to get a psychology degree so I can work in that field with troubled teens
If you could go
anywhere, on this planet or otherwise, where would you go?
What’s your favorite movie?
The Last Unicorn.
What’s the funniest joke you’ve ever come up with?
Hmm, I'm not really one to come up with jokes. I'm told I am very funny, but I think people confuse my bold honesty for humor sometimes.
Do you have any
suggestions for anyone who wants to be a Community Volunteer?
Be involved in the community with projects and events that you enjoy. Have fun with the things you do for others. And just simply be yourself!
Anything you'd like to say before we finish?
Laundry day is a very dangerous day!
Thank you so much for your time!
I truly appreciate it!
