Hello Darek, please tell us a little bit about you. How did you discover your passion for Digital Paintings?
My name is Darek Zabrocki and I am 22. I work as freelance illustrator and concept artist for more than 4,5 years. I love drawing and painting since I remember, I started drawing when I was already 3 years haha. What put me into Digital Painting? One day I found on internet some beautiful digital painting works it was around 2006 and I was really impressed by this technique. Firstly, I thought it is fake and all is done thanks to computer filters and so on. After I bought my first Tablet I already knew I was wrong and it is just one more medium you can create worlds you imagine and it is not really that easy. People often think if something is done by computer it is easier

Hi, my name is Katy and I'm an old fart, I am 30. I look after the Traditional Art Gallery and also moderate the Chats and Forums. My current occupation is being a full time mom of two wonderful children and I also have 3 pets; a dog a cat and a snake.

I started drawing as far back as I can remember. I guess as soon as I could hold a crayon or marker. I always enjoyed creating so much! Arts and crafts were also high on my list of joyous things!

Who is your role model? Or who do you look up to?I never liked the idea of having role models or looking up to people. I preferred to do my own thing and make my own paths. While I may have admired things others did I wanted my
achievements to be all my own and silly as it may sound, having role models, to
me, always felt like it took away from that.

I don't really have a favorite. I drink water all day every day.

When things settle down in my life I'd like to get a psychology degree so I can work in that field with <nobr>troubled teens</nobr>.
