This is an idea that came to me while I was rereading about the Core Values of deviantART. Anyways, I've decided I want to make a group...but it won't be like any group. And it won't be like the group that #communityrelations is. But it'll be close, because I'll be helping from within the community.

Each letter in LEADERS stands for something:

• Liaising between staff members of the group*

• Effecting the community in positive ways

• Aiding the community in any way we can

• Demonstrating ways to help one another

• Embodying what deviantART has meant all along**

• Rationalizing with people about their problems

• Supporting the community for a good cause

^{*I hope that's the correct use of liaising.
**That we are a community and only by working together can we become greater.}

I thought I'd share it and get opinions about it as I start the making of the group. The point of the group is to help new deviants, as well as all the deviants in the deviantART community. I'll be calling to the people who I have seen have made a big difference and ask for their help.

What will we do at this group? Simple! We'll host all sorts of events and contests just to get people involved. And we'll have different staff members of the group around to answer questions. We'll listen to your ideas and sometimes put them to use if we think it will impact the community positively. Most importantly, we'll be learning from each other how to make deviantART a safer place for artists, writers, photographers, and more everywhere around the world. We'll do our best to avoid spammers, trolls, and more. We can be strong, if we work together.

So now I ask you...what do you think of this idea? Please comment below on what you think I should do (I should or shouldn't make the group), a project that I can work on, and/or other ideas that'll help the group get started. I'll also need volunteers.

NOTE: I will make the group now just because I don't want my idea being stolen. Sorry if many of you think my idea is bad, but I want to get it out there.

Before you ask why I want to do this in the first place...I want to do this to help the community. I want to help others better themselves, and I want to better myself as well. I have learned a lot here and I'm STILL learning. And I like that I'm still learning! deviantART is an awesome site to get help and ideas out there. You just need to find the right way to do it. Hopefully, if all goes well, this group will help you.
